Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
FREE AU + US Shipping
If you're based in Australia or the United States, you'll receive free standard shipping on all orders over $80.
Domestic Delivery (Australia)
We offer Standard and Express Shipping within Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Express Shipping Speed: 1 to 4 business days
- Standard Shipping Speed: 2 to 8 business days
International Delivery (NZ, USA + Rest of the World)
We offer International Shipping with AusPost and FedEx starting from $12.60 AU. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note, that your delivery charges are based on the order item's weight and your location.
- FedEx International Priority® Express: 2 to 3 business days
- FedEx International Economy®: 5 to 7 business days
- AusPost Standard Global Shipping: 7 to 15 business days

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FLIPKIP® is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is fulfilled by our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track Australian orders through AusPost, while international orders are trackable via FedEx (USA) or AusPost International (everywhere else), unless you’ve paid for FedEx Express Global shipping.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have any issues with tracking or you can't locate your tracking number, please contact us at hello@flipkip.com.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@flipkip.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds and Returns

My Shipment is Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged
